DATE & TIME

Field Trip 2018 takes place on the 27 to 30 July 2018. Gates open at 1pm on Friday 27 July. Music starts as soon as the gates open. Saturday 28 the music kicks off at midday, running through to 2am on the main stages. This is repeated on Sunday 29. The bars will continue to serve until 2am on both Saturday and Sunday nights. The festival ends 2am Monday 30 July.

Last entry to the venue is 10.00pm.

CAMPING

Camping is included in your weekend ticket price. So just bring your camping gear. 24 hour security will be provided for you safety. Please note that our license stipulates no naked flames and therefore camping stoves and BBQs are not permitted anywhere on site.

BOUTIQUE CAMPING

We are offering boutique camping and will have a selection of Bell Tents, Podpads, Luxpads, Octopads and Bunkpads for our Field Trippers who like their home comforts! Book your boutique camping accomodation.

FOOD & DRINK

There will be a delicious selection of foods from around the world, available until 5.00am, and 2 reasonably priced bars with a large selection of refreshments including cocktails for your enjoyment.

You are permitted to bring your own food and a small quantity of alcohol (excluding glass bottles – see below) into the camp site but outside food and drink will not be permitted inside the main arena, with the exception of attendees with specific dietary requirements supported by a doctors note. This is a license requirement which must be enforced to allow the event to go ahead.

Alcohol Allowance

We are a small, independent and completely non-corporate event. We pride ourselves on keeping ticket prices low whist bringing you an amazing line up of top quality acts.  

The festival bar is a vital source of income for us and goes towards funding the great DJs and bands performing at the event. For this reason we have to set a limit on how much alcohol people bring into the festival.

The limit is set at;  

6 x cans of lager/cider
OR
1 bottle of wine (decanted into a plastic bottle).
OR
1 small bottle of spirits (decanted into a plastic bottle)

Please note that glass bottles are not permitted anywhere on site.

Our reasonably priced and well-stocked bar is licensed to serve drinks until 4am and will host some great DJs over the weekend. We also have an amazing cocktail bar serving up tasty tipples!

Car Parking

Car parking will be charged at £15 per car. Parking passes will need to be purchased as a ticket option at ticket purchase.

CARAVANS & CAMPERVANS 

Caravans and camper vans welcome. There will be a charge of £25 per vehicle. Campervan/caravan passes will need to be purchased as a ticket option at ticket purchase.

ARENAS & ARENA ADMISSION

All tented structures have a set capacity that cannot be exceeded by law. If there is an act you are determined to see then please make sure you arrive in plenty of time to avoid disappointment. If an arena is full then we suggest finding an alternative stage to enjoy.

AGE & I.D

This event is over 18s and we will be operating a strict, NO I.D., NO ENTRY policy, please bring I.D. R.O.A.R.

SEARCH POLICY

For the safety of everybody involved we will be carrying out stringent searches at the gate on arrival.

Anyone found to be carrying anything unsuitable for our event will have these items confiscated, may be removed from the festival or handed over to the police where necessary. 

Amongst the item not deemed suitable are:
ALCOHOL, ILLICIT DRUGS, FIREWORKS, LASERPENS, FLARES, ANYTHING THAT COULD BE CONSIDERED A DANGEROUS WEAPON.

ANIMALS ARE NOT PERMITTED ON SITE WITH THE EXCEPTION OF GUIDE DOGS.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Field Trip Festival cannot accept any responsibility for the cancellation of this event due to unforeseen circumstances, or any circumstance which occurs out of the Event Organisers control. Should a cancellation occur, event management are not liable to issue any refunds for purchased tickets and this is subject to the discretion of Field Trip Festival.
